A security staffer has died of mosquito-borne virus dengue at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
Forty-five-year-old Hasan Fakir died while undergoing treatment on at 11 am Monday (Sep 2).
Hasan, who hails from Bagerhat, lived in the capital’s Chawkbazar and served as a security staff for Madina Group.
His nephew told Bangla Tribune that he had been suffering from fever for the last six days and was admitted to DMCH on Saturday (Aug 30) with diarrhea where he tested positive for dengue.
