US ambassador to Bangladesh, Earl Robert Miller, tasted delicacies of Old Dhaka, Bakar khani, Hajir Biriyani and matha during his visit to the old part of town with Dhaka South City mayor, Sayeed Khokon.

During the trip, he went to Hajir biriyani in Nazirabazar. The US ambassador along with the mayor and members of the media began the old Dhaka excursion at 9 am on Wednesday.

Earl Robert Miller came to old Dhaka to understand the history and heritage of the old part of town.

The mayor took him around and showed him several historical spots.
