Ministry of Religious Affairs has formed a 55-member team of religious clerics and scholars to give advice to hajj pilgrims from Bangladesh. They will get all the facilities of the package for pilgrims whose trips are paid for by the state.
A gazette in this regard was issued on Tuesday (Jul 9), signed by Sibbir Ahmed Usmani, senior assistant secretary of the ministry of religious affairs.
The gazette states that based on the availability of flights, the team of scholars will go the Saudi Arabia on Aug 4 and 5 and come back on Aug 23. The overall cost will be borne by the state.
