Biman aircraft makes emergency landing due to technical glitchA Biman Bangladesh Aircraft was forced to make an emergency landing at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport with 66 passengers on board.

Just after the take-off from Sayedpur Airport for Dhaka at 9:33 am, one of its rear-wheel got damaged.

Biman's general manager (PR) Shakil Meraj confirmed the landing of the aircraft at 10:45 pm at HSIA.

Dash-8’, a plane of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, took off from Syedpur Airport at 9:33 am with some 66 passengers on board. Just after the take-off, one of the wheels disjointed from the aircraft. However, the pilot successfully managed to land the aircraft with his outstanding skills at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

Shakil Meraj said that the aircraft landed safely and none of the passengers was hurt despite malfunctioning. After the investigation, the exact cause of this malfunctioning will be found.
