Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has cleared the charge sheet of the graft case against former BNP lawmaker Mosaddek Ali Falu and his wife Mahbuba Sultana.
ACC spokesperson Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya confirmed the matter on Tuesday (Jan 22).
In 2017, the graft watchdog filed a case with Ramna police against Falu and his wife for acquiring wealth beyond known sources of income.
Falu has been accused of acquiring over Tk 178 million while his wife stands accused of acquiring Tk 39.3 million.
