JP’s Howlader moves HC to get nomination reinstated

Former Jatiya Party secretary general ABM Ruhul Amin HowladerFormer Jatiya Party secretary general ABM Ruhul Amin Howlader has moved the High Court seeking restoration of his nomination.

He filed the plea on Sunday (Dec 9) challenging Election Commission’s decision.

On Dec 8, EC rejected his appeal after concerned returning officer (RO) rescinded his nomination on Dec 2 on grounds of loan default.
