The High Court has cancelled the recruitment exam for executive officers in state-owned Janata Bank and ordered a retake amid allegations of question leak.
The HC bench of Justice Jubayer Rahman Chowdhury and Justice Md Iqbal Kabir passed the order on Thursday upholding a previously issued rule that stayed the exam.
A month after the test, held on Apr 21 last year, 15 job-seekers moved the High Court seeking an order to scrap the tests on allegations of question leak.
In response to the plea, the court froze the exams and issued a rule, which was disposed of on Thursday.
