Advance bus ticket sales ahead of Eid-ul-Azha started Tuesday. People rushed to different bus counters in the capital to collect tickets desirable dates.
The transport owner’s organization requested the transport operators not to charge any extra fair from the passengers.
Bangladesh Bus-Truck Owners Association President Faruk Talukder Sohel said, “Tickets of 16 and 21 Aug are being sold today while many operaots started selling on Aug 5.”
The advance tickets will be available from different counters in Gabtali and Sayedabad, Kalyanpur, Asadgate, Arambagh and Mouchak, he said.
No fair will increase during the Eid journey, the transport leader also stressed.
