The Election Commission has postponed balloting for the Chittagong City Corporation polls, which was scheduled to be held on Mar 29.

The decision came on Saturday (Mar 21) from a meeting of the commission chaired by Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda, sources confirmed.
The by-elections to Bogura-1, Jashore-6 parliamentary seats and voting in some other local government polls slated for the same day have been also postponed, according to them.
