Private bus operators will start the sale of advance tickets on long routes for Eid-ul-Fitr from May 17 (Friday).

The tickets will be available at the city Gabtoli and Mohakhali bus terminal till May 31, Bangladesh Bus Truck Owners’ Association Chairman Ramesh Chandra Ghosh told Bangla Tribune.

Sale of the advance ticket will start at 6am daily, he added.
Mohakhali Bus Minibus Owners’ Association Abul Kalam echoed Ghosh.
“No official decision is made yet but the ticket sale may start by May 17," said Kalam.
