All Coaching centres will remain closed from Apr 1 to May 6 during the Higher School Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exams, said Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni.
Shee made the announcement on Monday (Mar 25) at the Secretariat.
“In order to hold the HSC and equivalent exams in a pleasant environment, all coaching centre will remain shut from Apr 1 to May 6,” said the minister.
She also said, “There are different types of coaching. Since there are different sorts of coaching centres out there, many defy the government ban and find ways to continue offering coaching to students.”
That’s why we have decided to close off all coaching centres, she added.
