The return of the woman workers from Saudi Arabia continues as 40 more are expected arrive Dhaka Airport on Sunday.
A source at Bangladesh consulate in Jeddah said that the Air Arabia flight carrying the women, who had gone to the middle-eastern country to work as house helps, is scheduled to land at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 8pm.
The source said that the Ministry of Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment has already been informed.
Jharna, is among the forty who are returning on Sunday. Speaking to Bangla Tribune over the phone, she confirmed of catching a Dhaka flight with 39 other women.
Her father Tofazzal Hawlader told Bangla Tribune, “My daughter has informed that she is coming back tonight.”
