Winter season and vegetables go hand in hand in Bangladesh and farmers have started to grow a wide array of foreign vegetables in addition to the local ones.
A three-day “National Vegetable Fair” is ongoing at the capital’s Farmgate and it is a sight to behold. There are a total of 71 stalls and five pavilions and some organizations have arranged tutorials on how to grow vegetables on the rooftop.
