BNP’s political strategies have failed in the past and will do so again in the future, said Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal.
The people will not excuse any violence during BNP’s demonstrations, he told the media on Sunday (Jan 8).
Saying that BNP is a political party with many tricks up their sleeves he added, “But people don’t like terrorism and violence, neither do they condone them.”
Responding to journalists’ queries, he said, “The home ministry will work as a team.”
He added that his ministry will work as a team to implement the prime minister’s manifesto and maintain peace at home as well as nab terrorism and addiction.
Kamal, who took the oath of office on Monday (Dec 7), has been handed the home ministry’s portfolio for the second term in a row.
