Body of another Bangladeshi National was recovered from the landslide-hit construction site at Malaysia’s Penang state on Monday taking the death toll to nine.
Five among the nine victims are Bangladeshis and the others are three Indonesian women and a Myanmar woman.
The fifth Bangladeshi has been identified as Uzzal, 30, reports Bernama.
The incident, reported on Friday (19 Oct), left others injured including one Bangladeshi worker, two Indonesian women, and a Cambodian woman.
Seven people were reported dead on Friday with two others missing.
Rescue workers are trying to recover the body of another Bangladeshi Mohammad Rajon, who was buried alive in the incident.
