Anarchy won’t be tolerated over Aug 21 grenade attack verdict: Kamal

The verdict is due on October 10 (Wednesday), 14 years after the heinous grenade attack on Awami League rally at the capital’s Bangabandhu Avenue.
“No anarchy will be tolerated centering the Aug 21 verdict,” BSS quoted the home minister on Monday.
Responding to query Kamal said, “There is no apprehension. Police and intelligence agencies are collecting intelligence information round the clock and taking plan on the basis of current situation.”
He also said, “Verdict will be delivered against some identified criminals on Oct 10. They likewise 1975 carried out the heinous grenade attack on a rally of Awami League, who led the Liberation War of 1971, to destroy the party. I firmly believe that none will be in roads to save the criminals.”
“Foolproof security will be taken at key point installations, court areas, government offices and elsewhere in the capital to avert any untoward incidents,” added Kamal.
