Anti-Corruption Commission, ACC, chairman, Iqbal Ahmed Mahmud, has received the First Information Report, FIR, copy of the case lodged by barrister Nazmul Huda against former chief justice Surendra Kumar Sinha.
“This will be investigated but the investigating officer has not been appointed as yet,” said the ACC boss.
Recently, Nazmul Huda claimed that Surendra Kumar Sinha asked bribes from him to exonerate him from several cases.
Then, on Sept 27, he lodged a case against former chief justice SK Sinha.
The case file says that on Jul 20, 2017, SK Sinha demanded Tk 32.5 million from Nazmul huda.
