President M Abdul Hamid exchanged greetings at Bangabhaban on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha

Qurbani teaches people the virtues of sacrifice and patience, and we must take lessons from it, President M Abdul Hamid said.
The head of state also called upon everyone to shun all evil and ominous paths at a reception he hosted in Bangabhaban on the occasion of the Holy Eid-ul-Azha.
Religions’ fundamental message is the humanity, that shows people the path of wellbeing, the President added expressing hope that the Qurbani and its sacrificial attitude would be reflected in individual, social and political life.
“An equality-based happy, prosperous and peaceful society system can be built by ensuring mutual respects and utmost tolerance among all,” Abdul Hamid said.



President M Abdul Hamid exchanged greetings at Bangabhaban on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha 2Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, Foreign Minister AHM Mahmood Ali, Adviser to the Prime Minister HT Imam, ICT Minister Mostafa Jabbar, Senior lawyer Dr Kamal Hossain, Supreme Court Judges, chiefs of three services, Inspector General of Police (IGP), parliament members and vice-chancellors of universities and heads of different International agencies attended the reception, among others.
