Green tea is often called the ‘Power Drink’. Along with providing energy, Green also helps reduce weight. Health experts advised drinking green tea every day to stay healthy. But many people drink green tea in accordance with the rules, which cause harm to the body. Vitamin and mineral contained in green tea can be wasted if it does not drink properly.
Before drinking green tea: Know what to look for:
- Do not drink green tea immediately after lunch or dinner. If you do so, calories can be lost from the meal.
- Do not drink hot green tea. It destroys the nutrients. Drink slightly hot green tea.
- Many people mix honey with it. However, it should not add honey to extra hot green tea. Mix honey in a little chilled green tea.
- Do not put Green Tea leaves in hot water for a long time.
- Do not mix different flavored tea with Green Tea.
- It is better not to drink green tea in a hurry. Green tea keeps the brain healthy as well as helping digestion. So drink it very slowly.
- Do not store green tea in tin or polyethylene. This way Green Tea may lose its nutritional value.
- Take Green tea in the morning. It brings refreshment.
