Veteran actor ATM Shamsuzzaman has been put under life support, says people familiar with the development.

Actor Rownok Hasan said, “He was put on life support at Ajgor Ali hospital on Apr 27 noon.”

Earlier, Shamsuzzaman underwent a surgery and was under a 72 hours observation.

He was admitted to Ajgor Ali Hospital On Friday (Apr 26) night.

Shamsuzzaman’s daughter in law Ruby Zaman said, “He had been suffering from digestion problems for a long time which led to the need for surgery.”
