A father and his son have been killed after a bus hit their motorcycle head-on at Jhenaidah’s Maheshpur Upazila.
The incident was reported from the upazila’s Nosti Bazar area on Sunday (Dec 14), said Maheshpur police OC Rashedul Alam.
The deceased have been identified as Mohidul Islam and his son Ashiqur Rahman.

After the locals rushed the critically injured to the Maheshpur Upazila Health Complex, the duty doctor declared Ashiqur dead.

The health complex referred Mohidul to Jashore Medical College Hospital and he died on the way there.
