3 Rohingyas held with Bangladeshi passports in ChattogramChattogram police have detained three Rohingyas with Bangladeshi passports from Akbar Shah area.

The law enforcers arrested them from in front of a CNG filling station on CDA road no 1 on Thursday ( Sept 6) night.

The arrestees were identified as Md Yousuf, 23, Md Musa, 20, and Md Aziz, 21.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Akbar Shah Police Station Mostafizur Rahman said that they were living in Bangladesh since 2017.

During primary interrogation, the detainees confessed that they managed the Bangladeshi passports showing themselves residents of Shenbagh area of Noakhali with the help of a Rohingya and a Bangladesh brokers.
