Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) Mayor AHM Khairuzzaman Liton will enjoy the rank and status of a state minister.

The Cabinet Division issued a gazette notification in this regard on Tuesday (May 28).

RCC’s public relations department has released a message saying, "Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina honored the people of Rajshahi by giving the rank and status of a state minister to its Mayor Khairuzzaman Liton."
