Home minister vows to wipe out narcos

Calling to save the young generation from the clutch of drugs, Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan has vowed to wipe out drug dealers from the country.
“Eradicating of drug from the country has become an utmost challenge,” he said on Sunday (Mar 24).
The minister was speaking at a progamme in Kalir Bazar area at Phulchari Upazila of the border district of Gaibandha where as mant as 20 drug peddlers and 54 others drug addicts surrendered to the law enforcement agencies.
Citing the prime minister’s zero tolerance policy to drug, Kamal said, “The government has taken measure for the people who quit trading drug and rehabilitation arrangement for the addicts.
“Forces including police, RAB and navy have been reshuffled and they will to ensure people’s safety and come down hard on terrorism and militancy,” he said.
The minister instructed the local security personnel to perform their duties sincerely.
