The jeweller’s association has revised gold prices once more within two weeks of the last price revision.
Bangladesh Jewellers Samity (BAJUS) said on Wednesday (Jul 3), that new prices will be effective Thursday (Jul 4).
According to the new price structure, per bhori (11.668 gram) of 22 carat gold will be Tk 52,195 which was Tk 50,155 since Jun 18.
BAJUS revised up the prices on Jun 14 after the new budget was rolled out, increasing the prices by Tk 1,166 per vori but they retracted the prices after three days.
Under the revised prices, per gram of 22-carat gold will be Tk 4, 475.
The price for 23-carat-platinum has also been revised up to Tk 63,860 which was Tk 61,819.
