The Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) sets the prices of beef at Tk 525 and mutton’s at Tk 750 fixed for the holy Ramadan.
The DSCC authorities fixed the prices of buffalo meat at Tk 480, which was Tk 420 last year and lamb at Tk 650, which remains same as last year.
DSCC mayor Sayeed Khokon disclosed the decision after a meeting with meat traders at Nagar Bhaban in the city on Monday (May 6).
The mayor said the newly-fixed prices would remain in effect until 27th Ramadan.
