Nasim for eliminating anti-liberation forces forever

“People of the country gave us mandate to eliminate the Razakars and anti-liberation forces forever. We will do our job to this end,” Nasim said on Thursday (Jan 3).
Speaking after paying tributes at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s portrait in the city’s Dhanmondi, Nasim said, “Bangladesh will be built on the spirit of the 1971 Liberation War. Its government, as well as the Opposition, will hold the same spirit.”
Citing people put their trust on Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Nasima said, “Our Challenge is to work relentlessly to build terrorism and communalism-free Bangladesh.”
On BNP’s and Jatiya Oikya Front’s MPs-elect skipping, Nasim said, “We hope that the elected lawmakers of Oikyafront will take the oath and play a role in the House.
“They got the mandate of the people. So, I think, they will play an important role in the parliament refraining from creating violence,” he said.
On submitting a memorandum to the Election Commission by Oikya Front, Nasim said, “Any party or any alliance can lodge a protest in a democratic country. But we hope that the elected lawmakers of the alliance will join the parliament after taking the oath.”
“We hope that the lawmakers, who will sit in the opposition bench at the parliament, whatever the numbers may be, will also play a vital role and cooperate the government.
“They will play a role to give democracy a constitutional shape and help continue forward march of democracy,” he said.
