Describing the distribution of seats between Jatiya Oikya Front and BNP for the upcoming general election a ‘difficult task’, the alliance leader Dr Kamal Hossain has said there is no dispute.
“An alliance has been formed so seats will be shared and the initial talks have started,” Dr Kamal said at a programme in the city Monday (Nov 26).
Asked whether a fair election is possible, the Gano Forum president, “We don’t want to lose hope. Obstructing people from casting ballots equals with opposing the independence.
“Because voting is the people’s democratic rights,” said Dr Kamal.
