Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has called a meeting of 20-party alliance on Thursday evening.

The meeting will be held at 7pm at the BNP chairperson’s Gulshan Office, said BNP chairperson's media wing official, Shamsuddin Didar.

It is speculated that the meeting will address current political situation, national unity and the upcoming general elections among other topics.
