The BNP will not be spared if resorts to terrorism and violence before the national elections, says senior ruling party leader Obaidul Quader.
His remarks came on Wednesday while speaking to the media after attending the Eid congregation at Noakhali’s Kabirhat Upazlia, his constituency.
“A befitting reply will be given to the BNP, if it resorts to terrorist activities again like 2014,” said the Awami League general secretary.
Quader, who serves as the road transport minister, said the journey of Eid holidaymakers towards was relatively pleasant this time.
“The return journeys will be also hassle free,” he added.
