A court in Dhaka has set Feb 26 to submit the probe report in a graft case filed against former Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Debabrata Biswas re-fixed the date on Sunday (Jan 20) after the investigation officer failed to file the report.
Director of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Syed Iqbal Hossain is tasked with investigating the case.
On Sept 27, former BNP leader Nazmul Huda sued Sinha on bribery allegations involving Tk 32.5 million.
Later, the court orders the ACC to probe into the allegation.
