Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) predicted that rain accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places of the country in the next 24 hours as of 9 am Monday (Aug 26).

 “Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions and at a few places over Sylhet and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country”, said a BMD bulletin issued on Sunday (Aug 25).

The day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
