Unsweetened vanilla almond milk – 1 cup

Ripe Banana – 1

Old-fashioned rolled oats – 1/4 cup

Peanut butter – 2 tablespoons

Flaxseed – 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon
