Crispy pizza with Tomato salsa. BANGLATRIBUNE/Fatema AbedinOn Eid day, women are very busy to serve her family members and the guests come in home. At that moment, a quick recipe is needed and a 10 min crispy pizza is an innovative and attractive item to face the music.
Ingredients:
1) Tandur roti for pizza crust (you can buy it or make at home)
2) Minced Beef/Chicken-half kg
3) Chopped Tomato-1 cup
4) Onion -1 cup (chopped finely)
5) Salary leaf- 2 table spoon
6) Black pepper- 2/3 pinches
7) Garlic and ginger paste- 1 tea spoon
8) Tomato sauce- 2 Table spoon
9) Oil- half cup
10) Salt according to taste
11) Cheese 250 gram
12) Oregano- 2/3 pinches
13) Chili flacks a bit
Process:
1) Cheese and roti keep aside.
2) Put pan on burner and hit the oil. Shallow fry the chopped onion and ground meat.
3) Put others ingredients except the oregano, cheese and roti.
4) Cooked it for 30 minutes.
5) After finishing the cooking preheat the oven.
6) Set the roti with beef curry and cheese as like as pizza.
7) Use cheese and tomato sauce as base and topping too.
8) Sprinkles the oregano and chili flacks on topping
9) Put it at oven for 10 minutes.
10) Serve with cool tomato salsa
*** Tips – Anyone can preserve the meat curry for topping and roti for 2/3 days. But serve it like pizza instantly within 10 minutes.
Tomato Salsa:

1) 3 tablespoons chopped onion (finely chopped)
2) 2 small cloves garlic (minced)
3) 3 large ripe tomatoes (peeled, seeds removed, chopped)
4) 2 chili peppers (hot or mild)
5) 2-3 tablespoons chopped cilantro.
6) 1 1/2-2 tablespoons lime juice.
7) Salt and pepper, to taste.
Process:
1) Put all the ingredients into a ball
2) Mixed it properly
3) Serve with pizza
