Recipe: yummy tomato chutney in oven

chatnySingara, samucha or potato chop is delicious with sour-hot-sweet tomato chutney. To increase the taste of your favorite snacks you can make this yummy chutney at home. Here is the process to make tomato chantey:
tomato chutney Ingredients
Five seasoning spices- 1 teaspoon
Tomato smithereens – 5 cups
Ginger - 1 inch
Salt- according to taste
Chili smithereens - according to taste
Sugar- according to taste
Mustard oil – according to the need
Process of Preparation

Heat the oil in the microwave oven dish for 1 minute.
When the oil becomes hot, put five seasoning spices in it and again keep it in the oven.
Now put the tomato smithereens and salt according to your taste.
Mix up the mixture accordingly. Heat it in the oven for 3 minutes.
Mix sugar, ginger and chili smithereens in the tomato mixture.
Again heat it for 10 minutes.
After a while stir the mixture.
When the chutney is prepared, present it along with singara or samucha.
