Academy Award-winning actor Tilda Swinton was seen in the audience in the Bangladesh-New Zealand cricket world cup match at London’s Oval on Wednesday (Jun 5).




And unexpectedly, she was wearing a Bangladesh jersey.

According to media reports, Tilda Swinton has visited Bangladesh at least a couple of times and seems to like it.

During her second visit at Dhaka Lit Fest, she has said, “Ever since I left Bangladesh, I have been longing to come back.”
Bangladesh suffered a narrow defeat at the hands of the Kiwis as the Black Caps took the match with barely a little more than a couple of overs and mere two wickets to spare.
The versatile Swinton has been in films in an array of genres in a career spanning over three decades, with movies likes Adaptation, Constantine, Only Lovers Left Alive, The Chronicles of Narnia, Doctor Strange, and Avengers: Endgame to her credit.
