A case has been filed against 350 to 400 unnamed workers of a tea garden in Moulvibazar for beating a person to death on suspicion of being a child lifter.
Kamolganj police Sub-Inspector Md Tofayel Ahmed filed the case late on Monday (Jul 22), Kamalganj police OC Md Arifur Rahman told Bangla Tribune.
OC Rahman said Police are conducting drives to arrest everyone who were involved in this incident.
On Jul 20, an unidentified man was beaten to death by some workers of Dewachhara tea garden in Kamolganj upazila of the district.
