When he finds the time, he goes to his village and goes from home to home, inquiring about the health of the people.
With the help of doctor friends, he establishes free medical camps.
Engaging a few dynamic and energetic people of the village, he has developed a philanthropic organisation, Manush Manusher Jonno or humans for mankind. This organisation is involved in medical treatment plus other voluntary work.
Lutfor Rahman says: “I have seen from very close that people in the rural areas cannot afford to buy medicines and so, I collect all the free sample medicines from companies and then, given them to the underprivileged.”

The camp was divided into several sections with Dr. Manabendra Sarkar and Rajib Biswas looked after the medicine corner, Dr. Farzana Rahman provided gynecological support, children were checked by Dr. Humayun Kabir while ear, nose and throat doctor Khairul Bashar offered his service to those with ENT problems.
The camp was inaugurated by Manikganj district AL president, freedom fighter and UP chairman, Golam Mahiuddin.
Others present extolled Dr. Lutfor’s efforts and expressed their determination to stay by his side.
Meanwhile, Dr. Lutfor has said that he has a desire to have a camp every month at his own cost.
