CMP Commissioner Iqbal Bahar was speaking at a destruction programme of narcotics seized by the Detective Branch of the CMP on Saturday, June 2, 2018.Stressing the importance of uprooting the source of narcotics, Commissioner of Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) Iqbal Bahar on Saturday said that the narcotic drugs would not spread to ten thousand places across the country if the more or less ten entry points can be stopped.
The CMP boss made the comment at a time when the law enforcing agencies are conducting a countrywide drive against narcotics, killing more than hundred and detaining thousands.

There are more than one hundred drug dens all over the city like Barishal Colony and all of them will be destroyed in phases,” said the CMP Commissioner while speaking at a destruction programme of narcotics seized by the Detective Branch of the CMP.
