A head-on collision between a truck and a CNG-run three wheeler left four people dead in Chattogram.
The incident was reported around 7am from the district’s Mirsarai Upazila on Tuesday (Sept 25).
“A truck losing its control slammed into two autorickshaws at an autorickshaw stand in Thakurdighi on the Dhaka-Chattogram Highway. At least four people were killed on the spot and two were injured during the incident,” said local fire service Assistant Director Jashim Uddin to Bangla Tribune.
“The bodies have been handed over to the family,” he added.
The deceased have been identified as Shah Alam, 40, Didarul Alam, 35, Mohiuddin, 60 and Kamrul, 24.
