Huawei is going to run a 5G show in the 'Digital Bangladesh Mela 2020', set to begin in Dhaka on Thursday (Jan 13).
During the three-day expo at Bangabandhu International Conference Center, visitors will easily be able to experience the gigabit-level speed testing of 5G for free at Huawei's pavilion, says a media release.
Moreover, there will be an arrangement of Robot show, where the interactive humanoid robot will play soccer following the command of hand gesture, it said.
The arrangements aim to showcase the advancement of 5G technology in Human-to-Machine or Machine-to-Machine communication.
There will also be another play-zone where visitors can experience real-time virtual reality (VR) test through 5G technology.
The visitors will be able experience Huawei 5G smartphones and purchase the existing mobile phones in the fair.
Prime Minister’s Information and Communication Technology Affairs Adviser Sajeeb Ahmed Wazed is expected to inaugurate the expo.
Posts and Telecommunications Division is organizing the event where both the government and private entities in digital technology sector would take part. There will be a total of 100 stalls, pavilions and mini pavilions including Huawei in the fair.
