Posts, telecommunications, and information technology minister directed Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) to automate its service system to turn into a pro-people and profitable organization on Thursday (Apr 4).

“BTCL needs to change various service systems such as registration fee and demand note to make it as a people friendly and profitable company,” he said while visiting the BTCL headquarters and exchanging views with the officials, BSS reports.

Posts and telecommunication division secretary Ashok Kumar Biswas, BTCL managing director Harun-Or Rashid and deputy managing director Khan Ataur Rahman also spoke on the occasion.
