Bangladesh levels T20 series with last over thriller

Bangladesh 171 for 5 (Tamim 74, Shakib 60, Nurse 2-25, Paul 2-39) beat West Indies 159 for 9 (Powell 43, Fletcher 43, Nazmul 3-28) by 12 runs.

All round performance from Shakib and Tamim's 74-run knock have clinch victory over West Indies in the second T20 international on Sunday.


Earlier, West Indies captain Carlos Brathwaite decided to field first against Bangladesh in Lauderhill.

West Indies, the hosts, didn't make any changes to the XI that won the rain-affected first T20I by seven wickets. Bangladesh strengthened their pace attack by bringing in left-arm quick Abu Hider in place of offspinning allrounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz.
Along with Tamim’s great knock, Shakib made 60 to make a fighting total of 171.
Later, Bangladesh pacer Mustafizur Rahman and spinner Nazmul Islam took 3 wickets which didn't make West Indies to pass Bangladesh score.
Shakib also took two in the way to victory.
Tamim Iqbal judged the man of the match for his brilliant 74-run knock.
