Syed Ali AshaabMoving out of the country is always a challenge especially from a country like Bangladesh. Emotional attachments, family values, comfort and luxury of family living amongst all the privileges and good points are hard to let go.

Syed Ali Ashaab a qualified Welfare Worker chose to live life outside of his comfort zone and decided to move to Sydney, Australia after his time in England studying and playing, decided to live his dreams. The former professional athlete who has played two full seasons for Victoria Sporting Club in the Premier Division Cricket League has followed his dreams and secured his dream jobs and experiences working with Cricket NSW to help in developing the beautiful game of cricket.

Coordinating the Usman Khawaja Foundation cricket programmes was one of the notable experiences in his journey so far. His recent appointment as a Coordinator of cricket at Trinity Grammar School (A private Anglican School in Sydney that has 18 cricket teams) sets a great example for all aspiring Bangladeshi students wishing to travel abroad and are already there that discipline and a well-planned roadmap can take you to where you wish to be.

He stated that it is the limiting beliefs in life that stop us and persistence can turn ordinary into extraordinary achievements.

Sydney Thunder organize a Thunder Nation Cup and Syed Ashaab was selected to play for Bangladesh in community event sponsored by Homeworld.

It's a fabulous opportunity for cricketers to showcase their skills and take it to the next level alongside some of the best in the country. Australia is home to thousands of international students and has endless opportunities for people wishing to build or fast-track their careers.
