Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic has expressed her ecstasy to win the world cup title.
She also hailed Russia for its tremendous hospitality to hold the greatest show on earth - FIFA World Cup.
In a Facebook video message, she said this before starting to Russia.
"On behalf of Croatian fans, I thank Russia for their hospitality. You were great hosts. Cheer for Croatia tonight. And we look forward to it. Thank you, Russia! We're coming."
Croatia reached Sunday's final for the first time in history after beating England 2-1 in extra-time in Moscow on Wednesday, sparking wild scenes of excitement both in the Luzhniki Stadium and in Croatia.
The Croatian leader has been seen as a passionate fan football throughout the world cup tournament, which will be continued on the final also.
