With Nabi's 54-ball knock, Asgar Afgan scored 40 off 37 balls to take Afghanistan to a completive total in 20 overs at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Sunday (Sept 1).
Nabi built his innings with three fours and seven sixes
Afghanistan suffered an early collapse as they were reduced to 40/4 in just 5.5 overs.
After that, Nabi and Afgan built a 79-run partnership in the fifth-wicket to guide to a competitive total. Nabi then built another 41-run partnership with Karim Janat in the seventh wicket.
Mohammad Saifuddin was the pick of the Bangladesh bowling claiming four wickets while Shakib Al Hasan bagged took two wickets.
