Ex-Proteas coach Domingo in Dhaka for interview

Russell DomingoFormer South Africa coach Russell Domingo is now in Dhaka to an interview for the head coach of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB).
Domingo arrived on Sunday (Aug 7) morning and will leave on Thursday, according to media reports.
He was scheduled to give the interview at BEXIMCO Office in the capital's Kalabangan in the afternoon.
Sources at BCB said, a delegation led by the Board CEO, Nizamuddin Chowdhury, has already arrived there to conduct the interview session.
The BCB will interview Domingo primarily for the developments squad and they may hand him the head coach's role, for now, added the sources.

Domingo, 44, took over the helm of South Africa T20 side in 2012. He then replaced Gary Kirsten in the remaining formats in 2013 and was in charge till 2017.
Before that, Domingo, who was the first coach of colour for South Africa, coached a local franchise, Warriors and brought glory for the underperforming team in 2009-10 session in both the 40-over and 20-over competitions. Warriors also went on to finish runners-up in South Africa's 2010 Champions League.
