Rangpur Riders all out for 98

English Batsman Ravi Bopara scored the highest 44 runs for the riders before getting out by Abu Jayed. Defending champions Rangpur Riders were all out for 98 against Chittagong Vikings in the opening match of the sixth edition of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at Mirpur’s Shere Bangla National Stadium.

English Batsman Ravi Bopara scored the highest 44 runs for the riders before getting out by Abu Jayed. The only other batsman to reach double-digit was Sohag Gazi who scored 17 off 21 deliveries.

South African paceman Robbie Frylinck claimed 4 wickets for the Vikings while Naeem Hasan and Abu Jayed took two wickets each.
