A delegation of ruling Awami League has sat in a meeting with Chief Election Commissioner KM Nurul Huda ahead of the Dhaka City corporations.
The meeting began at 3:30pm at the EC’s Agargaon offices in Dhaka on Monday (Jan 27).
Political advisor to Prime Minster HT Imam, Awami League Presidium member Jahangir Kabir Nanak, Joint General Secretaries Bahauddin Nasim, and BM Mozammel Haque, and special assistant to PM and AL Office Secretary Biplob Barua are among the delegations.
Elections to Dhaka South and North city corporations will be held on Feb 1.
