Awami League will hold its Dhaka City South and North units’ council at the historic Suhrawardy Udyan in Dhaka on Saturday (Nov 30).
Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate the council as the chief guest at 11am, reports BSS.
Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Mayor Sayeed Khokon and leaders and workers of AL city units visited the venue on Thursday (Nov 29).
The last council of undivided Dhaka City Awami League was held in 2012.
